i used to feel so accomplished when i fasted for 24 hrs. i used feel amazing when i fasted for 48 and euphoric if i was strong enough to make it to 72. but lately, 24 hrs isn’t long enough. hell 48 is still too short. i don’t even feel slight accomplishment until i’m at least 72 hrs in or more. how long until a week is too short? once you start using fasting as coping mechanism rather than a tool to lose weight, you’ve fucked up
